Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

SnapMark helps users capture full-page screenshots, annotate them locally, and export PNG, JPG, or PDF files.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using SnapMark, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Trial and Subscription Access

New users may receive a 7-day free trial after signing in with Google. Continued access after the trial may require an active subscription. Current prices and billing terms are displayed on the public Pricing page.

3. Payments

Paid checkout may be processed by Creem. SnapMark does not receive or store payment card details. Subscription access depends on the entitlement status returned by SnapMark account services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SnapMark responsibly. You may not use SnapMark to capture, alter, export, or distribute restricted, copyrighted, private, or sensitive material maliciously or illegally. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to capture and use the content you process.

5. Local Files and User Responsibility

The current extension creates screenshots, annotations, and exported files locally in your browser. You are responsible for protecting, storing, and sharing any files you create with SnapMark.

6. Availability and Changes

Features, trial terms, subscription plans, and supported browser behavior may change. Material changes will be reflected in the product information, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnapMark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatPtain shall not be liable for damages, data loss, or third-party claims resulting from use of the extension.

8. Support
